Strategy and Resourcing Officer-CTS, CARICOM

Responsible for information-gathering, dissemination, analysis and evaluation of regional HIV and AIDS programmes; reviewing National Strategic Plans in order to establish and maintain alignment with the Caribbean Regional Strategic Framework (CRSF) on HIV and AIDS; providing technical support in the operationalisation of the CRSF and the development of regional strategies and programmes on HIV and AIDS with the full integration of regional priorities; identifying funding sources, training and development needs of PANCAP partners with special reference to Care, Treatment and Support.

Head, Strategic Information and Communication, CARICOM

Responsible for the effective management of the operations of the Strategic Information and Communication Division; directing data research and analysis on the course, consequences and cost of HIV and AIDS in the Caribbean, establishing appropriate formats and databases for widespread internal and external distribution and utilisation of information generated; identifying and reporting on strategic issues and priorities emerging from research and other information-gathering modalities, and liaising actively with all PANCAP stakeholders in gathering and sharing of information.
